- Account Information: Cafe name (Organization), address, phone number, and signup email address used to create your administrator profile.
- Operational Session Data: Active play sessions, station timings, pricing details, active timers, customer bookings, inventory records, and local billing transaction history.
2. Why We Collect This Data (Purpose of Processing)
- Cloud Sync & Backup: To prevent data loss on your local device, all cafe logs are backed up and synchronized with our secure database servers. This enables real-time synchronization across multiple operator stations and partner devices.
- Service Operation: To verify active licenses, active session timers, and process invoices.
- Aggregate Industry Overview (Future): We may compile aggregate, strictly anonymized statistics to analyze cafe resource utilization and platform trends. This data will never contain personal identifiers (e.g., individual emails, customer names, or specific locations).
3. Data Security & Storage
- All communications between the local app and our backend are encrypted in transit using industry-standard SSL/TLS (HTTPS).
- We host backups in secure cloud infrastructures utilizing robust access control policies.
4. Your Rights & Access Controls
- You can view and modify your organization's profile details directly from the in-app profile.
- You can contact us at any time to request the permanent deletion of your account and sync history.
